Lars Rosenløv, CEO, has 30 years of industrial experience from the process industry in Equinor ASA. He has held executive positions in downstream operations and has successfully delivered and operated complex international refineries and petrochemical plants.
Rosenløv was a Board member in Norsk Industri from 2014 to 2018. He holds a Master of Science, mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU).
Rosenløv is a Danish citizen and has spent more than half of his career in Norway, Canada, the UK and Netherlands.
Dr. Christian Lach, Deputy CEO and Chief Commercial Officer, has more than 20 years’ experience in global commodity as well as specialty chemicals businesses, strategy development, establishing organizational structures, mergers and acquisitions including integration of acquired organizations, and a focus on market-driven innovation.
Lach holds a PhD in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Freiburg.
Lach is a citizen of Germany. Prior to moving to Oslo for his position with Quantafuel, he has lived in Germany, the United States, Hong Kong, and Switzerland.
Terje U. Eiken, COO, holds a Master of Science degree in cybernetics from NTNU (Norwegian University of Science and Technology).
From his previous positions as CEO of TechnipFMC Island Offshore Subsea and Vice President Subsea Projects, Eiken has extensive experience in managing complex, international EPC(I) project portfolios, product development and 24/7 operations. He is a Norwegian citizen, living in Kongsberg.
Christian Bekkevold Nilsen, CFO, has a broad finance managament experience, both in Norway and internationally. Bekkevold Nilsen has held CFO positions in Norconsult and Nordpool. He has also been a Finance Director in the French industrial group Alstom.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Business from Handelshøyskolen in Northern Norway and is a Norwegian citizen. He has lived and worked in Belgium, France, Japan, and Switzerland, before he and his family returned to Norway in 2010.
